The quote is valid for (3) days from the date of issuance, and is automatically void after the expiry of the period unless approved in writing by both parties

• The prices in the quote are in Saudi Riyals.
• Prices do include VAT (15%) unless otherwise expressly stated
• The company has the right to amend the prices in case of a change in the lease period or the required specifications.

• Payment must be made in advance prior to receipt of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The company accepts approved payment methods (bank transfer/cash/points of sale).
• In case of delay in payment, the company has the right to suspend the service without any liability

• All vehicles are insured comprehensively/against third parties depending on the type of contract

• It is prohibited to use the vehicle for any irregular purposes or in violation of the traffic regulations or laws in force in the Kingdom.

• The Lessor is obliged to use the Vehicle only within the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise agreed

• The company is committed to the periodic maintenance of the vehicle.
• Breakdowns resulting from misuse or negligence are borne by the tenant

• The vehicle is delivered in good technical condition and clean.
• The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal consumption.
• In case of delay in the delivery date, an additional penalty will be calculated according to the company's policy.

• In case of cancellation of the booking after the approval of the quote, the company has the right to deduct an administration fee as it deems appropriate.
• No refunds if the lease period starts

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the jurisdiction shall be vested in its competent courts.
